USE CASE · MONITORING & ALERTING
ARI continuously monitors systems, portals, emails and operational flows. When it detects an anomaly or delay, it identifies the right recipients and sends the alert automatically: even at night, even on weekends.
THE PROBLEM
Hundreds of shipments, distributed systems, partner emails, tracking portals. Keeping everything under control requires a dedicated team that still cannot cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The result? Anomalies discovered late, customers calling before the company knows, cascading unannounced delays. ARI replaces manual supervision with an intelligent monitoring loop that never sleeps.
With ARI: every source is monitored continuously. The AI compares the current state against expectations and acts only when there is something relevant to report.
01
Anomalies discovered late
A delay that emerges at 3am is only discovered when the office opens. The customer calls before the company knows.
→ → ARI monitors 24/7 and alerts in real-time
02
Generic or missing alerts
When an alert arrives, it is generic. Understanding who is impacted, what to communicate and to whom takes precious time.
→ → ARI identifies recipients and personalizes the message
03
Scattered data sources
The real status is built from tracking portals, carrier emails, ERP and shared spreadsheets. Nobody has the complete picture.
→ → ARI aggregates and correlates all sources
HOW IT WORKS
Polling & trigger
ARI checks at regular intervals web portals, APIs, email inboxes and other configured monitoring feeds.
Data collection (ARIdb)
ARIdb retrieves the current state from all sources (schedules, orders, contracts) and builds the comparison context.
Anomaly detection
The Decision Maker compares the observed state against the expected baseline. If the deviation exceeds the configured threshold, the workflow triggers the alerting pipeline: otherwise it stops here.
Alert composition
The AI drafts the alert message with the relevant information: what happened, who is impacted, what to expect.
Optional Human In The Loop
For critical alerts, an operator can review and approve before sending. For standard ones, sending is fully automatic.
BUILDING BLOCKS USED
01
Web Crawler
Periodic scraping and polling of portals, sites and structured feeds to extract status data automatically.
02
ARIdb
Retrieval and correlation of structured data from databases, ERP and spreadsheets to build the comparison context.
03
Decision Maker
Evaluation of the deviation between observed state and expected threshold. Decides if and when to trigger the alert.
04
Human In The Loop (Human-in-the-Loop)
Optional human review checkpoint for critical alerts before automatic sending to the recipient.
05
API REST / Webhook
Alert delivery via email, Slack, SMS, webhook or API call to target systems.
EXPECTED RESULTS
24/7 coverage without supervision
Monitoring never stops. Night, weekends, holidays: every anomaly is detected and reported.
Relevant alerts, not noise
Only relevant anomalies are flagged, with the right message for the right recipient.
Reaction time cut in half
The gap between anomaly and communication shrinks from hours to minutes. Customers are informed before they call.
Team freed from routine exceptions
Operators handle only situations requiring human judgement, not repetitive monitoring.
